Visa Application Process
The process of getting a job with UK visa sponsorship requires obtaining a Skilled Worker visa and receiving a certificate of sponsorship from the employer.
The visa application can be done up to three months before the start of work, with a decision typically made within three weeks. The visa is valid for up to five years and can be extended as long as the eligibility requirements are met.
To prove knowledge of English, one must pass an approved language test or have an academic qualification taught in English.
Additionally, having personal savings of at least £1,270 is required for support upon arrival.
